You are entering an agreement with the company Smart Coffee.
- Agreement Overview:
You agree to purchase the Smart Coffee product of value 1000 euros, inclusive of all necessary equipment and materials required for selling. - Payment:
You shall pay the sum of 1000 euros to Smart Coffee as the total consideration for the Smart Coffee product and associated materials. - Delivery Terms:
Smart Coffee shall deliver the product and associated materials to Buyer within 90 days from the date of payment. - Refund Policy:
a. If the Smart Coffee product and associated materials are not received by Buyer within the stipulated 90-day period, Buyer shall be entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid.
b. Buyer is entitled to a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. If Buyer is unsatisfied with the Smart Coffee product and associated materials for any reason within this period, Buyer may request a refund of the purchase price. - Terms of Use:
a. Buyer agrees to use the Smart Coffee product and associated materials strictly for the purpose of selling coffee as intended by Seller.
b. Buyer shall not modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce the Smart Coffee product or associated materials without prior written consent from Seller.

This agreement outlines your rights as a consumer regarding the return and refund of products purchased from the company.
If you’re a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract within a specified period after receiving the product. This period varies depending on the type of product and how it’s delivered.
To cancel, you need to inform the company either by email, phone, or post, including details of your order.
Upon cancellation, you’ll receive a refund for the price paid for the product and any delivery costs you’ve incurred, within 14 days of the company receiving the returned product.
You’re responsible for returning the product to the company within 14 days of cancellation, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
You have legal rights regarding faulty or misrepresented products, which are separate from your right to return and refund.
Delivery is estimated, and if there are any issues with delivery, you have the right to cancel your order under certain conditions.
If a product is damaged, faulty, or there’s a shortage, you must inform the company within 10 working days of delivery.
You can return products either by post or in person at the company’s office.
